Information recorded
The platform records account identity, team membership, conversations, Business Question versions, revision notes, mentor feedback, model usage, token counts, estimated costs, submissions, and security audit events.
Who can review the information
Students can review their team workspace. Course instructors and platform administrators can review course records. Assigned mentors can review only the teams to which they have active access.
How AI is used
AI provides formative questions and feedback. It does not replace the team’s work or the instructor’s academic judgment. Requests are sent through the protected server; students never receive the OpenAI API key.
Retention and removal
Learning records are retained according to the institution-approved course retention schedule. Contact the course instructor for correction, access, or deletion questions. Some records may need to be retained for academic integrity, security, or institutional requirements.
Student responsibility
Do not enter passwords, health information, financial account information, confidential employer data, or other unnecessary sensitive information into the workspace.
